Rise with Resilience was created by Jenni Morse with the mission of making body image a non-issue for all. Weight, height, age, gender identity, race; these are only some of the numerous ways someone might feel at odds with their body, and the fitness industry and diet culture certainly don’t help. It is common to have moments of dissatisfaction with the way that we look, but think about all the time, money, energy and emotion we wasted over the years worrying about how we might appear to others. Body image can and SHOULD be a non-issue, because it truly doesn’t have to matter what we look like.


"I have been navigating the grueling industries of dance and fitness since I was a young child, but as I got older I grew tired of the constant body talk. I started to approach fitness from a body neutral mindset, and all of a sudden I was happier, more fulfilled, and truly enjoyed movement. Through all of life’s ups and downs, fitness has been my go-to source of comfort. I want everyone to feel what I feel; RESILIENT. We change, we grow, we evolve, but through it all we can make the choice to always respect our bodies.
