And I love a good protein powder to add to it!

- 1 cup oatmeal
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup trail mix
- 1 teaspoon of moringa powder
- 1-2 scoops Ultimate Daily Cleanse fibre blend from North Coast Naturals

Start by heating about 1 cup of water in a saucepan on your stove, gradually stirring in the moringa powder and fibre blend. Next you can stir in your oatmeal, followed by trail mix, shredded coconut, and finally the protein powder.
