Ready for part 4 of my summer smoothie series with Vista Magazine?!

I’m really excited about this one because I’ve actually been using this exact moringa powder from Ecoideas in my smoothies for a few years now. What attracted me to moringa was its high Iron content, which women are commonly deficient in. 1 banana

1 cup of orange juice

A handful of baby spinach
