Life changes… we all go through them; pregnancy, divorce, death of a loved one, job loss, covid (ugh). Some of us gained weight, some of us lost weight. Some of us got more grey hairs, some of us lost hair. Wrinkles. Acne. Age spots. Stretch marks. Rolls. Lumps. Bumps. Our bodies naturally go through changes as we go through life changes as well.
You might not love everything about your body, and it’s ok to have those feelings! Sometimes forcing yourself to love your body makes you feel even worse. When you learn to accept the body you have now it puts less pressure on yourself to be positive all the time, and I promise you will feel more comfortable in your own skin.
