Together We Rise - a women's fitness and wellness event

This one's for the ladies!

It's been a long time since I produced a fitness event like this one. And let me tell you, I missed it! Pre-covid, I treated y’all to several large-scale fitness parties including the Glow in the Dark Zumba party at Cafe Campus, and the 3 editions of the Zumbathon Party in Purple for Auberge Shalom. I missed the energy of having a group of women, all with a shared vision, coming together to offer something truly INCREDIBLE to the Montreal community.

So we're back! And you'll see some new faces this time, hearing from women with unique and inspiring stories to help you to RISE WITH RESILIENCE every damn day!

This is more than just a fitness party. This is the next level of Rise with Resilience. A new ERA, if you will.

Join us for an uplifting afternoon of speakers, fitness, and connection. You will hear from women with unique and inspiring stories to help you to RISE WITH RESILIENCE and be part of the movement!

We’ll kick off the event with a series of speakers in the fitness and wellness industry, sharing their own unique stories of resilience and providing you with actionable tips you can use right away.

SPEAKER SERIES

What you will learn:

• Body Image Resilience and Courage with Jenni Morse, Founder of Rise with Resilience
• Overcoming Disordered Eating and Rebuilding Your Relationship With Food with Meg Henkenhaf
• Participating in Inclusive Fitness Spaces with the Yogini Nancy

You will then have the opportunity to participate in 2 fitness sessions.
