Introducing our new online course:

This course goes beyond what you look like, and teaches you how to truly live a body neutral life.

Do any of these sound like things you do often?

👉 Constantly examining your body

👉 Comparing your body to others

👉 Over exercising or over dieting

👉 Using harsh words to describe your body

👉 Avoiding social engagements

If yes, then you probably need body neutrality.

Being body neutral means:
👉 Body acceptance and respect, regardless of what you look like
👉 Celebrating what your body does for you, instead of how it looks
👉 Valuing your body as a vehicle for life, knowing that your outer appearance is not the most important thing about you

Facilitated by me, Jenni Morse, the founder of Rise with Resilience™.

As a long time fitness instructor and former professional dancer, I know first-hand how mentally draining it is to be surrounded by messages that there is something wrong with your body.

But it doesn’t have to be that way!

Fitness has always been my own personal source of empowerment, so now I work to heal others' negative body image as well. I'm so proud to continually promote a body-neutral approach to a healthy lifestyle that embraces all shapes, sizes, and abilities. My focus is on fostering a supportive environment where everyone feels empowered to explore their unique health and fitness journey without judgment.

What to expect:

👉 A journey back in time to what women have gone through with their bodies

👉 A deep dive into body neutrality, and how to put it into practice to improve your body image

👉 Several activites where you will learn more about yourself, and create specific body neutral action steps that you can implement into your daily life

👉 How to use fitness as a way to actually feel better about yourself and more empowered, instead of as a way to punish yourself

👉 A yoga class at the very end where you will put everything you just learned into immediate action and finally RISE WITH RESILIENCE!
