Bodies fluctuate; bodies are constantly changing shape. This is a part of life and not only does it happen to everyone, but it is perfectly healthy. If something doesn’t fit you any more, don’t wear it. If you haven’t worn something in over 2 years, you don’t need to keep it. It doesn’t serve you anymore. So whether you are getting rid of clothes or buying new ones, a big shift will happen. When you place less value on what you look like, it frees up so much space (and time!!) in your life for other things that you truly value. Things like family time, hanging out with friends, leveling up in your career, starting a new hobby; the possibilities are endless.
