As a fitness professional for many years, I found it hard to find a community of people who didn’t place so much value on what they look like. Even the body positive fitness programs out there still focus a lot on body image despite the positive messages they promote. It’s extremely hard, however, to find a fitness program that doesn’t make any mention of what you look like. That is why I created Rise with Resilience™ Body neutrality focuses on what your body can do for you, and how movement makes you feel, rather than what you look like.
